Cancellations – 30 Days or More:
Cancellations received 30 days or more before the scheduled arrival date will be eligible for a full refund of the initial deposit, with a 5% cancellation fee deducted.
Cancellations – 29 to 7 Days Before Arrival:
For cancellations received within 29 to 7 days before the arrival date, a 50% refund of the initial deposit will be provided.
Cancellations – 6 Days to Arrival:
No refund will be issued for cancellations made 6 days or fewer before the scheduled arrival date of any tour, shuttle, or package.
No-Show Policy: If the customer does not show up for their tour or uses only a portion of the package, no refund will be issued.
Weather-Related Cancellations:
Tours canceled due to unforeseen weather conditions will be rescheduled for the following day unless alternative arrangements are made by the client via email.
Rescheduling:
Rescheduling of tours has no additional charge. However, a 25% fee will be applied for moving the date of any package or shuttle if the rescheduling is done within 24 hours of the scheduled departure time.
