The 40-foot Sirena Azul Sailboat “Blue Mermaid” is a traditional Belize style sailboat built with quality craftsmanship and is made out of hardwoods found in Belize, including Santa Maria, Bullet and Mahogany. 
Guests say the Sirena Azul Sailing tour is the highlight of their visit to Belize.  We hire local and knowledgable guides that allow you to learn about the Belize reef as you experience it.  The boat has a very unique style with its cabin shape and wide beam. We added a diesel inboard engine, bathroom, cushions and modern window hardware and lighting for the comfort of our guests.

Water, Soda, Beer, Rum Punch and a snack. If you are going to Hol Chan Marine Reserve or Mexico Rocks, the park fee is included.
Yes, each tour has a guide and boat captain. The guide will direct you and help you feel comfortable with your snorkel gear and educate you about the Belize reef during your excursion.
Our guides will help you feel comfortable and explain what you need to know. They will also be in the water snorkeling with you and bring a buoy ring in case you feel uncomfortable and need additional support.
Yes, if you prefer to wear a life jacket while snorkeling, they are available.
Yes, children of all ages are welcome on the tour. The boat has a large sitting area in the back that is good to contain children safely. We suggest your bring a life jacket that fits your child well.

Mexico rocks snorkel
We had a great outing with LaShawn. He pointed out lots of fish and was very knowledgeable about the fish. We saw lots of very colorful fish including rainbow parrotfish, grey angelfish, blue tang, flouder, porcupine fish, etc.

So much fun!
This tour was the best experience I had in Belize. Seeing the reefs and swimming with the nurse sharks was incredible. It was relaxing and enjoyable to take a sailboat to the reserve - we saw sea turtles and manatees on the way there and back. I recommend this tour to families and people who are new to snorkeling - it was easy to keep up and it was not a long trek to the reserve. The borrowed gear ... more was good quality - the snorkels did not take on water and the fins were easy to put on.

Sunset Sail
My wife and I took the sunset sail on Friday Jan 19th 2023. what a wonderful evening. The boat was comfortable, the crew , David and Edwin, were great. Sirena Azul sails smoothly and serenely. The sails were up as soon as we cleared the dock, no sounds after that but the ocean. The ceviche was delicious, the beer cold. The highlight of our twelve day vacation on San Pedro.
