Brian was fantastic! He shared a lot of great info, pleasant and patient. This is a highly recommended day! The van could look a little better and definitely could ride better but not complaining!

Bucket List: Snorkeling
Snorkeling the Belize Barrier Reef wasn't even on my radar! But sometimes, the best adventures happen when you're spontaneous. I chose Salt Life Eco Tours based on their friendly communication and easy booking process. Their office is a classic Caye Caulker vibe – a small hut with a relaxed atmosphere. After getting geared up (fins and goggles), I joined a small group led by the dynamic duo, Loki ... more and Megan. These two were absolutely great! (Actually I'm sure all tour guides are great. I just happened to have these two as my guides). They were incredibly knowledgeable, funny, and patient, making sure everyone felt comfortable in the water, even the first-timers (like myself). I was a bit self-conscious as I was the only one in the group with a rashguard on. (I burn easily). But that didn't stop me from snorkeling. (Also buy good quality, reef-approved sunscreen. Your body will love you for it)! The tour itself was an incredible underwater safari! We saw schools of fish, sting-rays (including a giant sting ray), majestic sea turtles gliding by, nurse sharks that are harmless to humans, and even a manatee. Tarpon Bay was the first stop (you don't snorkel with them but you do get a mighty fun surprise and laugh when you are there). Lunch on the boat was a welcome feast after all that swimming. You are hungry at this point! The only minor note is that the website mentions Go-Pro cameras for each guest, which isn't entirely accurate. Only the guides have Go-Pros, but they capture amazing footage while snorkeling with you. Overall, this tour was an absolute blast and something I didn't expect! Loki, Megan, and the incredible marine life made it an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend Salt Life Eco Tours to anyone looking for a fun and informative snorkeling adventure in Belize.

Temples, Zip line and Cave Tour with Bryan.
My girlfriend and I booked the Mayan Temple “Altun Ha” , Zip lining and Cave tubing adventure. Our tour guide Bryan was knowledgeable and gave us a lot of background history of Belize and made it an all around fun and enjoyable experience. He was always safe while driving the group to and from our destinations which was nice but also was easy to talk to and humorous. The temples were very interesting ... more to learn about and the zip lining runs were perfect for everyone. The best part of this tour was hands down the cave tubing experience, I highly recommend bringing a GoPro or waterproof case/bag for your cellphone for this one. Bryan led us through over a mile long cave on inner tubes while giving us the best experience we had in Belize. We dove into the water as a group, learned more mayan history and had a refreshing swim to end the run. All I can say is that you have to experience this tour for yourself. Thank you Eco Salt Life Tours for starting our Belize trip off with a bang, 10/10.

Ignores customers after tour
Promises GoPro videos and photos but never sends them. I cannot understand why since they do take the pictures ... They also do not respond to messages after the tour and I get why. You'll unlikely to return, so why should they care?

Amazing day!
I went with a group of 5 of my friends and we had an amazing time. The Mayan ruins were beautiful, and our favorite part was the cave tubing it was breathtaking. We loved our tour guide Brian, we all highly recommend!!!

Journée mémorable avec Charles et Rahim
Vraiment une journée bien remplie ! Les 2 guides ont vraiment rendu l'expérience incroyable. Les nombreux endroits visités nous ont permis de vivre de belles expériences, autant dans le bateau que dans l'eau. Impressionnants tous ces poissons et coraux ! Assez spécial de nager tout près des requins nourrices et des raies. Je vous le conseille fortement !

So much fun!
We had the best time on this tour. Our boat stopped working and all the staff worked to problem solve and make sure we still had a great day. We saw nurse sharks and a giant barracuda! The reef was incredible!

The Best Time of my life!
The staff was friendly and nice. They was so patient with me being this was my 1st time snorkeling. They helped me along each shop and never left behind. Lahem and captain was very knowledgeable about everything. I gave this 10 stars or higher.. you will not be disappointed

Great Experience
This was a great day. It was memorable. Niri was our guide who was knowledgeable on all aspects of our activities. The Mayan ruin-- Altun Ha was interesting. It is partially excavated but also has some buildings you can climb on. The views were fantastic. Ziplining was fun. 6 lines. easy rides. Cavetubing was an experience. The only down part was the walk to the caves. Wear shoes with good soles that ... more can get wet. The rocks on the walk tend to get sharp. The entire day was epic. Well worth it.

Bucket list tour
We had the best time with our guides. Don't want to try and spell their names and butcher their names. Great memories, dolphins, manatees, sharks, turtles and a crocodile.. And the reef is absolutely the most beautiful thing ever.. thank you for a great experience..

Raheem and Rene were so amazing, I got to snorkel with a great tour Guide “Raheem”. He was so knowledgeable in everything in the Ocean. If you want a layed back snorkel day, I toltally recommend these guys. They served us an excellent lunch too right on the Water. I’m coming back soon . Thanks for making my vacation yesterday 🥰

Really Fun and Informative Tour
My sister and I booked this tour as a way to learn more about Belize and to enjoy the really fun activities Belize can offer. I have visited Belize many times but this was my sister's first visit to Belize. Our tour guide, Brian, was incredibly friendly and had so much knowledge to share with us. We visited the Altun Ha Mayan Ruins, we ziplined through the jungle and did the cave tubing. I would whole ... more heartedly recommend this tour and ask for Brian.... he is amazing.

Awesome time!!
I couldn't think of a suggestion to make the tour a better time! We had a blast with our guides Saleem and Kyle. Saleem gave so much good info about the area and Kyle was so invested in making sure we saw everything on the tour and had a great time. Saleem worked diligently to ensure we saw anything super cool under the water and keeping us all safe and together. You can tell they really enjoy what ... more they are doing and that make the whole tour more enjoyable. Lunch was so tasty! I am very scared of fish so I was way outside my comfort zone but they were patient and not pushy for me to get in the water and swim around. I fully recommend this tour to anyone looking to scuba.

Snorkel tour!
Rene ans Raheem were incredible guides! We had such an incredible time in our tour. We anticipated to just stop at each location and swim around but our guides were so informative on each species and habitat! Fun Tour
This tour was really fun and our tour guide Josh was great! We went to the Mayan ruins, zip lined, and cave tubed. However, we were a little disappointed that the tour advertised refreshments, snacks, and rum punch. We did not receive any of these things. There were no snacks, refreshments, water, or rum punch for the duration of the tour.

Excellent time
Had a great time. Booked the full day excursion to see 7 stops and we hit all seven. We didnt see the manatees on the way out, but we stopped on the way back and were able to see a manatee. Kyle and Charles were great guides , hosts, and entertainers ensuring we had a safe and fun snorkel session. Kyle was a great guide during each stop and Charles was a great pilot of the boat, even diving in and ... more preparing a fresh conch ceviche for the crew. Had a great time.

Definitely Recommend This Tour
We did an all day snorkeling trip exploring 7 breathtaking places along the beautiful Barrier Reef. My boyfriend & I had such a wonderful time! We go to see & swim with the sharks, turtles, and stingrays! Rene and Adiva were super nice & very knowledgeable! They served us homemade lunch & sliced up fresh fruits. Dam the stew chicken with rice was so tasty! In addition, Rene caught a few conchs right ... more from the water & made us fresh conch cevich! WoW! We also got to see the manatees, the mama and baby! It was definitely one of our most memorable experiences in Belize! I definitely recommend this tour!!

Rene and Adiva were amazing! My friend and I went on the full day Hol Chan tour and had the best time. Rene and Adiva were extremely friendly while being completely professional. While we were on the water there was a thunderstorm and I was freezing (CA girl) from the rain. Rene quickly came to the rescue and even gave me his own shirt to keep me warm. Even during the storm I felt completely safe ... more the entire time. These two work great together and inspire confidence at all times. I would highly recommend!

From getting us all geared up to the end of the day with fresh ceviche this was such a memorable trip. Kyle and Charles were fun and informative throughout the day and took us to all the places as advertised. My travel companion is not the strongest swimmer, but Kyle helped her along, so she didn't miss out on a single thing!
