• Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the departure date will receive a full refund, LESS the service fee.
• Fares are valid ONLY for the schedule, date and time listed by San Pedro Belize Express.

Water taxi bookings are subject to availability, operating schedules, weather conditions, operational requirements, and other circumstances beyond our control. Depending on availability and the requirements of your itinerary, your water taxi booking may be arranged with either Caribbean Sprinter or San Pedro Belize Express.

The water taxi operator and/or departure time may be modified when necessary to accommodate your itinerary and ensure sufficient time for connections, including international or domestic flight arrival and departure times. While we will make every effort to select the most suitable available option based on the information provided, specific water taxi times and operators cannot be guaranteed until the booking is confirmed.

Travelers are responsible for providing accurate flight and travel information at the time of booking. Any changes to flights or travel plans should be communicated to us as soon as possible so that we can review and adjust the transfer arrangements where availability permits.

Please note: Water taxi schedules are subject to change by the operating carrier without prior notice. We recommend allowing adequate connection time between your water taxi and any onward international or domestic flight.

By booking this service, you acknowledge and agree that any of the above-mentioned providers may operate your water taxi tickets.

1. Submit a booking request for water taxi tickets. Specify the departure and return date. All bookings have the flexibility to reschedule up to 1 day before the departure date. 

You must submit the title + first name and last name + date of birth for the main contact.

Your water taxi transportation will be with San Pedro Belize Express/Caribbean Sprinter.  

2. Confirmation: Once your booking request is submitted, a Belizing customer service agent will accept your request and book your tickets. The booking details and ticket vouchers will be emailed to you.

Any bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the selected departure date will receive a full refund, LESS the service fee.

• All cancellation inquiries must be made to support@belizing.com.
• All reservations can be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance. After 48, a 25% reacheduling fee will be incurred.
• Any booking that includes shuttle, must be cancelled 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund, less the 3% service fee.
• Cancellations made after 48 hours are subject to no refund or partial refund only.
• Any booking that includes water taxi tickets only must be cancelled 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund, less the 3% service fee. Cancellations made after 24 hours are subject to no refund.
  
  
• Fares are valid ONLY for the schedule, date and time listed.
• If you miss the last ferry of the day, we will reschedule you for the next day. However, we cannot provide any refunds or any reimbursement for hotel stays or other costs incurred due to a missed flight.
• Belizing.com is an agent of San Pedro Belize Express/Caribbean Sprinter. All inquiries for existing bookings through us must be made to us by contacting support@belizing.com. 

The policies of San Pedro Belize Express/Caribbean Sprinter will apply to your booking made through Belizing.com, unless otherwise stated.
