- Flexibility: Reservations can be rescheduled up to 1 day before departure. Cancellations made up to 24 hours before the scheduled date will receive a full refund, minus a 3% credit card fee.
- Fare Validity: Fares are valid only for the specific schedule, date, and time provided by San Pedro Belize Express.

How to Book
Step 1: Submit Your Booking Request
- Specify Dates:Indicate your desired departure and return dates.
- Provide Details: Include the title, first name, last name, and date of birth for all participants.
- Flexibility: Remember, you can reschedule your booking up to 1 day before your departure date.
Step 2: Confirmation of Your Booking
- After submitting your request, a Belizing customer service agent will review and accept your booking.
You will receive an email with all booking details and your Belizing purchase order (PO).
Step 3: Understand Your Ticket Vouchers
- You can use your PO to board ANY ferry you'd like for your trip to San Pedro.
- For your return trip, if you have included the shuttle service, you must indicate the ferry time you will be returning on to ensure that a shuttle is waiting for your group.

Cancellation Policy
Moderate
- Cancellations made 90 days before will be fully refunded except for a service fee of 3%.
- Cancellations made 15 days before will be refunded 50% of the amount paid.
- Cancellations made at a later date will not be refunded.
Booking Flexibility & Cancellations: Reschedule Your Trip:
Need to change your plans? No problem! Reschedule your San Pedro Belize Express booking up to one day before departure. (Contact us at watertaxi@belizing.com) Cancellation Policy:
- Bookings that includes shuttle, must be cancelled 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund, less the 3% service fee. Cancellations made after 48 hours are subject to no refund or partial refund only.
- Booking that includes water taxi tickets only, must be cancelled 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund, less the 3% service fee. Cancellations made after 24 hours are subject to no refund.
Important Information:
- Fares and Schedules: Please note that fares are valid only for the specific dates and times you select.
- Missed Ferry: If you miss the last ferry of the day, we'll rebook you for the next available departure. However, we cannot cover any additional expenses incurred due to missed connections (accommodation, flights, etc.).
- Partial Journeys: Refunds will not be issued for unused portions of your journey.
- Present Your Voucher: You MUST present a printed copy of your Belizing ticket voucher to claim your boarding passes for the ferry. Failure to present the printed voucher will require you to purchase new tickets at the terminal.
