• Any cancellation made at least 24 hours before the departure date will receive a full refund, LESS the service fee.
• No refunds will be provided for no-shows.

Please notify us 6-12 hours in advance if you need to reschedule your shuttle or move to a later or earlier time. This will give us enough time to make the necessary changes.

Cancellation Policy

• Bookings that includes shuttle, must be cancelled 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund, less the 3% service fee. Cancellations made after 48 hours are subject to no refund.
