Travel time: 
The shuttle ride from the airport to the water taxi terminal usually takes 30-45 minutes. The ferry ride takes approximately 1.5 hours (one way). 

Luggage/Cargo: 
Passengers are allowed a small/lightweight freight of items not exceeding 150lbs. All items must be properly packaged and checked in 30 minutes before a scheduled departure.

NOTE: 
  • All reservations can be rescheduled up to one day before the departure date.
  • Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the departure date will receive a full refund, LESS the service fee.
  • Fares are valid ONLY for the schedule, date, and time listed by San Pedro Belize Express.

How to Book
1. Submit a booking request for this combo. Specify the departure date. All bookings have the flexibility to reschedule up to 1 day before the departure date. 

You must submit the title + first name and last name + date of birth for the main contact.

Your shuttle and water taxi transportation will be with San Pedro Belize Express.  

2. Confirmation: Once your booking request is submitted, a Belizing customer service agent will accept your request and reserve your transportation. The booking details and ticket vouchers will be emailed to you.

Any bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the selected departure date will receive a full refund, LESS the service fee.

The website has a secure payment system. The confirmation of payment and tickets was very fast. When we arrived at the airport a person was waiting for us. The shuttle is comfortable. The water taxi is spacious and comfortable, it took 1.5 hours to San Pedro. It left punctually at the agreed time. I would recommend this service 100%. The only strange thing was that the agency insists on printing the ... more payment ticket, but no one asked us for it. Thank you!

Streamlined, smooth process and good communication
Very easy process getting from Belize City airport to San Pedro. The option of one way ticket from the airport to the island made it a lot easier and cheaper than finding separate shuttle service/taxi rides for 6 of us. They had an easily identified shuttle driver waiting for us at the airport. He tracked our flight number and knew we were running late and he had no problem waiting for us for an extra ... more hour and a bit. Very great service. Easily transferred from the shuttle to the water taxi and they took care of our luggage the whole way. Would definitely recommend this service. As the other review said, no print off was needed, they had all the paperwork ready for us there.

Very convenient and easy!
Great service that gets you from the airport straight to the ferry without hassle. The only criticism is the instructions to print a copy of the order, which is not needed but they make it sounds like it is. We almost lost our flight to find a printer at the airport and when we got to the ferry office, the lady said she doesn’t need it.
