• Be ready to leave lodging locations 15 minutes prior to scheduled time.
• Late arrivals may result in missed or incomplete tours, and we cannot assume responsibility for such inconvenience to others.

Minimum Number Required:

• Each tour/activity requires a minimum number of guests. 
• Advance booking is encouraged, especially for shared tours.
• Confirmation will be given upon meeting the minimum number, with potential rescheduling 72 hours prior to departure if minimums are not met.

Private Trips:

• Private trips are available and should be booked in advance.
• "Private" means a dedicated vehicle and guide, not exclusive access to natural attractions.

Dates and Availability:

• Tour dates are not guaranteed and may change due to weather or availability.
• Participants will be notified of any changes and offered rescheduling, credit, or a refund.

Weather Advisories / Partial Tours:

• Tours departure may change or be advised against in adverse weather conditions.
• If a tour starts and cannot be completed due to weather, no refund will be provided.

Cancellation by Barefoot Services:

• Tours may be canceled due to insufficient participants, weather, or unavailability.
• Alternatives or refunds will be offered if we cancel.
• Refunds will be processed as soon as possible.
• We are not liable for costs incurred due to cancellations or changes initiated by participants.
