Important Information for Tour Participants
Tour Departures:
- Arrive at public meeting points 15 minutes before departure.
- Be ready to leave lodging locations 15 minutes prior to scheduled time.
- Late arrivals may result in missed or incomplete tours, and we cannot assume responsibility for such inconvenience to others.
Minimum Number Required:
- Each tour/activity requires a minimum number of guests.
- Advance booking is encouraged, especially for shared tours.
- Confirmation will be given upon meeting the minimum number, with potential rescheduling 72 hours prior to departure if minimums are not met.
Private Trips:
- Private trips are available and should be booked in advance.
- "Private" means a dedicated vehicle and guide, not exclusive access to natural attractions.
Dates and Availability:
- Tour dates are not guaranteed and may change due to weather or availability.
- Participants will be notified of any changes and offered rescheduling, credit, or a refund.
Weather Advisories / Partial Tours:
- Tours departure may change or be advised against in adverse weather conditions.
- If a tour starts and cannot be completed due to weather, no refund will be provided.
Cancellation by Barefoot Services:
- Tours may be canceled due to insufficient participants, weather, or unavailability.
- Alternatives or refunds will be offered if we cancel.
- Refunds will be processed as soon as possible.
- We are not liable for costs incurred due to cancellations or changes initiated by participants.
