Relax on the banks of the Mopan river just outside your doorstep and enjoy bird watching or take a refreshing swim to cool off at your pleasure. We have canoes and floating tubes available. A popular guest activity is to float down the Mopan river from the village of Bullet Tree Falls. The float takes about two hours. You can spot monkeys and a variety of bird species along the river. We also have an outdoor grill and brick oven available for use by all guests.

Each unit includes air-conditioned bedrooms for your comfort. The property is filled with many tropical fruit trees that you can enjoy when in season, such as mangoes, breadfruit, plums, star fruit, and others. The property may be booked for private events subject to availability.

Phenomenal visit
We had the pleasure of staying over father's day and my birthday. Wow. What a present. The whole facility is impeccable. Gorgeous landscaping. Impeccable villa. Our only hiccup was our fridge went out. In only an hour a half we had a new one. On a Sunday. Talk about customer service. Walks on the grounds. Dips in the river. The whole visit was wonderful. San Ignacio is a nice little town and worth ... more a visit. Many thanks to the proprietors.

What a lovely stay!
We initially booked for 4 nights and liked it so much that we extended it to 8 days. The house was beautiful with everything we needed and a lot of attention for details. We used the outdoor space at the river to grill our food and hangout and we loved to hang out on the deck overlooking the river and observed the many birds, iguanas, squirrels etc. It was hot when we were there but a swim in the ... more river cooled us off and at night time we used the A.C. which was very comfortable. I loved walking around the property and admire all the trees and plants. Aliana & Gabriel were great hosts, when we left it felt like we were saying good bye to good friends. I can't wait to come back.

Simply Enchanting
Aliana, Gabriel and Rudy do an amazing job. They are welcoming, personable, and kind. The property is beautifully maintained. The amenities are spectacular. Towels, grilling area, laundry room, bottled water, fast internet, ac...all included. The landscaping is stunning, with many trees, blooming flowers and large plants. It's also right on the river (tubes, and canoes are also available). It's a ... more quiet, comfortable little slice of heaven just outside San Ignacio. We were very reluctant to leave for our next destination after 5 days there. But I'm sure if we travel to Belize again after this trip, there will be no question about where we'll stay.

Exceeded Expectations
This place exceeded all expectations. The host is extremely accommodating and very easy to communicate with. They provide excellent directions including a YouTube video on how to get there and Google Maps will take you right to their gate as well. The Cabin is very well appointed with great little details to make your stay very pleasant. The property is covered with a variety of Mango Trees which ... more they allow you to try all of them. Each has a distinctive flavor, but all of them are delicious. The access to Mopan River is awesome. It's a great way to cool off from the heat and humidity. We really enjoyed going to the local farmers market to get fresh local food to cook and eat on the beautiful porch. It was spectacular and we cannot say enough how amazing this place is.

One of the most well appointed Air B&Bs we’ve stayed in anywhere in the world! The AC worked, so did the full sized washer and dryer - plus there is a full kitchen, not just the typical skillet and dull knife. The beds were super comfy and the property was well maintained and peaceful! You will not be disappointed!

Perfect for a weekend getaway!
If you're looking for a quiet and relaxing weekend getaway, Aliana's Villas is the perfect place for you. The cabins are super clean and comfy, and each has its own kitchen, so I would recommend to get some groceries before heading there (since the nearest supermarket is 20-25 minutes away). The property is also near the Mopan River, so you can have a riverside BBQ, go swimming or simply relax on ... more a hammock near the river. Mr. Ernesto (the person in charge of the property) is also there during the day, so you if you're feeling adventurous you can ask him to take you river tubing down the Mopan River- it's a lot of fun!
